Urban Dinner Goes Kasvattamo
Dodo Urban Dinner surplus food dinners are social events where we prepare food together from donated ingredients and our own crop. After dinner, we will have discussions, watch films or organise workshops and lectures.
The Urban Dinner surplus food meal will be held on Tuesday 22 September from 5 to 8 pm at the Nursery and the lobby of the City Museum. We will first collect ingredients from the Nursery urban kitchen garden and prepare a vegan meal using the crop. After dinner, we will learn more about Urban Dinner surplus food events, Dodo’s new surplus food project and establishing community fridges (Heidi Uppa, Keru Community Fridge). The event will be held in Finnish and English. Entry to the event is free of charge, but you do need to sign up in advance.
