Organise a party or meeting in a unique environment! At the moment, we rent out spaces at the Helsinki City Museum and Villa Hakasalmi. Make an enquiry or request a a quote using the form at the bottom of the page.

You can arrange an unforgettable event at Helsinki City Museum: an overhead projector session in the Kasari 80s room or a party in Helsinki’s most atmospheric courtyard. The museum rents out several meeting rooms suitable for small groups.

Sample prices

All meeting rooms 8:30–18:00 all day €500 + VAT / half day €250 + VAT.

Museum lobby weekdays 8:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m. €500 + VAT.

The entire museum after opening hours until 11:00 p.m. €2,500 + VAT.

Crystal hall Sat-Sun 11.00-13.00 €100 / 2 H

Falkman wing Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat-Sun 11:00-16:00 €150 / 3 H⁣

Birthday at the museum!

Come and have a fun party in the Crystal room of the Children’s Town, located in the oldest stone house in Helsinki’s city center. Or alternatively in the Falkman wing which location is more secluded. A birthday party at the museum is a memorable tour of Helsinki’s history, celebrating the hero of the day!

We offer:

Catering can be brought in or ordered through the museum at a separate price.⁣⁣ Kindly note that the group must have its own supervisors (minimum 2). Crystal room has seating for 16 and the Falkman wing 30 guests. Adults without own seating.

After the party you can easily combine the program with your own tour of the Children’s Town, where small partygoers can e.g. jump into 18th-century ship adventures, act as an old-fashioned merchant, play role-plays in a theater, or visit a 1970s grandmother.
