Planetbic community performance and disco
Come work out to rhythmic music under the direction of instructors using globe exercise balls! After the performance, DJ Bunuel will spin groovy dance music.
If you want, you can also bring your own gym ball. After the performance, participants can enjoy the planetary disco. Music selections by DJ Bunuel.
Planetbic is a realistically utopian community performance organised by artist Sonja Salomäki that combines art and exercise to demonstrated commitment to preserving the viability of life on Earth. The event celebrates the body awareness, animalism and place in the biosphere of humans and emphasises our role in overcoming the ecological crisis.
The event is a tribute to Jane Fonda, her career in aerobics and her environmental and climate activism. We also tip our hat to Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former action hero who has transformed into a climate hero.
Dress code: Jane Fonda/utopia/aerobic/sci-fi. The best outfit will be rewarded!
